We have a lot going on Friday evening and will need your help to keep the events moving along.
5:30 PM – Registered Players can begin picking up goody bags and T-shirts
Cash Bar and Silent Auction open. Don’t forget your checkbook and credit card… lots of great items to bid on!!
Pink Ribbon Racquet Stenciling – Bring your racquet to be stenciled!
6:00 PM – Buffet Dinner
6:15 PM – Singles Exhibition Match
7:00 PM – Welcome –Representative-NC Triad Affiliate- Susan G. Komen Foundation and Racquets For The Cure Tournament Chair
7:10 PM - Group Photo (We will need to move quickly to accomplish this – please be prepared to put on your Tournament T-shirt and respond to the directions provided as quickly as possible. Your cooperation will make our Group Photo a success!!! Thank you!)
7:30 PM - Pro/Celebrity Mixed Doubles Exhibition Match
Silent Auction will be open throughout the evening and will remain open for 15 minutes after the Pro/Celebrity Mixed Doubles Exhibition is completed.
